What this covers

This policy covers airyourbusiness.com and the diagnostic request form on it. AYB Labs is a trading name of Air Your Business.

What we collect

When you request a diagnostic we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, company and website
• your email address and, if you give it, your mobile number
• your monthly growth spend range and the gap you selected
• the calculator numbers, if you arrived from the Revenue Leak Calculator
• whether you ticked the text-message consent box, the time you ticked it and the exact consent wording shown

How we use it

We use these details to prepare and run your diagnostic, to send the written brief, and to contact you about your request by email, phone or, with your consent, text message. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising audiences.

Analytics

The site uses Plausible Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing personal data. No cookie banner is shown because no cookies are set.

Who processes it

Form submissions are sent by email from our web server to our inbox. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp to arrange a call time, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. Where a text-message service or a booking service is in use, it processes only what it needs to deliver the message or booking.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the consent box and give a mobile number, AYB Labs sends text messages about your diagnostic request: a confirmation that the request is in, and messages to confirm or change your call time.

Message frequency varies and is tied to your request; we do not send marketing broadcasts. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out and no further messages are sent. Reply HELP for help, or call +1 (630) 538-1657.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a diagnostic without agreeing to text messages, and we will use email instead.

Mobile numbers and consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Diagnostic requests are kept for as long as needed to run the diagnostic and, if you become a client, for the length of the engagement and the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Email airyourbusinessofficial@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to withdraw text-message consent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
