Who we are

AYB Labs is a trading name of Air Your Business. These terms cover the free diagnostic and the Phase 1 program described on airyourbusiness.com.

The diagnostic

The diagnostic call, the written brief and the costed plan are free. There is no obligation to proceed, and you pay only if you want the plan executed. If we think the fit is wrong, we say so.

Phase 1

Phase 1 runs for 90 days from sign-off. Setup covers Research and Build; the monthly fee starts at Test. Ad spend is yours and is set in the plan. Pricing is confirmed in the plan presented after the diagnostic.

The guarantee

The Phase 1 guarantee has four parts:

• The plan is free. You pay only if you want it executed.
• Live in 14 days of sign-off, or the setup fee is refunded in full.
• 30 qualified booked conversations by day 90, or we keep working at no retainer until delivered.
• No long contract. Month to month after day 90; the system and the data stay with you.

The two conditions

The guarantee applies on two conditions: the agreed ad and test budget keeps running, and you attend a 20-minute weekly call. We commit to booked, qualified conversations and a closer who is ready for them. Signing the contract is yours.

A qualified booked conversation is a scheduled conversation with a prospect who meets the fit criteria agreed in the plan.

Term and ending

After day 90 the engagement runs month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. The systems built in Phase 1 and the data in them stay with you.

Phase 2

Phase 2 retainers are offered only to clients who made money in Phase 1 and are scoped and priced at the end of Phase 1, on Phase 1 numbers, under a separate written agreement.

What we do not promise

The calculator and the sample report are illustrative. We do not promise closed revenue, and we do not supply closers; we train and equip yours.
